Ordering Information
If you prefer, you may E-mail to reserve a book, and then send payment by snail-mail, including price of book + shipping ($3.75 for one copy. $4.75 for 2 copies. $5.75 for 3-4 copies. Larger shipments will be sent by UPS.)
Please note that prices have changed due to post office charges. All overseas shipments are now sent via airmail. Internationally (excluding Canada and Mexico, we charge $23. We charge $33 International Priority mail for 2-3 books to most parts of the world. Canadian and Mexican International Priority is $16.00 for one book and $24 for 2 or 3 books. In some cases, overseas first-class mail is cheaper, but a bit slower, please let us know if you want that option.
Virginia residents must include 5.0% sales tax. Purchasers outside the US must send money in US dollars, or on a check or postal order in dollars drawn on a US bank; or they may charge by Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. We'll try to send your order within 10 days (unless we are out of town!) We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You may order by sending card number, expiration date, and your name exactly as it appears on the card.
Standing Order Discount
Fans, collectors, or institutions who wish to place standing orders for all future publications will receive a 20% discount off the list price of each book (including already published titles) and first chance to obtain limited editions.
At the end of the year, all Standing Order Subscribers receive as a gift a deluxe booklet of a never-previously published short story by a major writer.
Returns
If you receive a book that has been damaged in any way, we'll gladly replace it or give you a refund. If you decide a book is not for you, then we'll gladly replace it. If you open the cellophane, then the book is considered yours.
Refunds can be given in cash, check, credit card refund or a store credit.
