Order Status

Order Status


Currently there are two statuses for active orders. The first is processing, which encompasses the time from the order is placed until the order is shipped. There are no substatuses to indicate where the book is in during that process.


When the book is shipped, a track number is added to the order to allow the customer to trace the order's progress. An email is sent to the customer, which indicates that the status of the order has changed.


An order is cancelled at the request of the customer. The customer may cancel the order, or the webmaster may cancel the order at the customer's request.
